BUY A NEW HOME AND RECEIVE A 1% REBATE If you purchase your new construction home and have an Assist-2-Sell real estate agent represent you, we will rebate 1% of the sales price to you at the closing (in example, 1% of $100,000 is $1,000). If you register with us and you take advantage of the rebate, the price of the new home will NOT go up. The home will cost you the same, plus, by working with us you will receive an extra 1% . Dealing directly with the builder, you receive no representation and no rebate.
The rebate is an obvious advantage. In addition we are your transaction broker and represent you. We will assist you with home selection process, work with you to determine the options that work for you, help arrange financing, be with you at the walk-through inspection, be available for any assistance during the construction process and represent you at the closing. You don’t pay us for this, we give you 1% . You must call or e-mail Assist-2-Sell first so we can register you with the builder. If we don’t register you first, we don’t get any commission and you don’t get a rebate. CONTACT US FIRST!!! We have agents available 7 days a week to meet you. We may be able to register you by phone, fax or e-mail, but we usually need to accompany you. Our philosophy and mission in the real estate industry is to provide value to the home buyer or seller. For sellers we offer discounted commissions which provide the home seller significant savings. With the new home buyer, we are paid a commission from the builder. That commission is part of the purchase price regardless of whether or not you are represented by a real estate agent. We believe the true cost of buying a home is less than the price of the traditional commission - we do not keep the entire commission - we save you money by giving you 1% of our commission. number1@bellsouth.net |
